Role Overview

We are looking for skilled Salesforce Field Service Developers to implement and customize Salesforce Field Service solutions. The candidate will work under the guidance of the Field Service Lead to build scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization

  • Develop custom Salesforce solutions using:
    • Apex classes and triggers
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Flows and Process Builder
  • Configure Field Service Lightning components:
    • Work Orders
    • Service Appointments
    • Service Territories
    • Service Resources

Integration

  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Implement platform events and asynchronous processing.

Configuration

  • Configure:
    • Scheduling policies
    • Work types
    • Service territories
    • Mobile settings

Support & Maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Optimize system performance.
  • Provide ongoing enhancements.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with architects, leads, and business analysts.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
