Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Java, and Spring Boot, along with hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, API integrations, cloud technologies, and modern architecture patterns.
The candidate will play a key role in building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
  • Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance UI components using modern frontend practices.
  • Implement responsive designs ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  • Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) using Next.js.
  • Manage application state using tools such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

Backend Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs for frontend and third-party system integrations.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth.
  • Ensure backend scalability, performance, and security.

Architecture & Integration

  • Work with Micro Frontend Architecture and Microservices-based systems.
  • Collaborate on system design and integration of frontend and backend services.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical solutioning.

Collaboration & Quality

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and Business Teams.
  • Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

DevOps & Cloud

  • Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
  • Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Work with cloud platforms such as:
    • Google Cloud (GCP)
    • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Microsoft Azure

Database Management

  • Design and work with relational and NoSQL databases, including:
    • MySQL
    • PostgreSQL
    • MongoDB
  • Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
